Outside of the camaraderie that group sessions bring about, private and even semi-private coaching is far superior to everything else we offer.

It’s like one on one time with the Black Belt. It’s also a great way to supplement what’s going on in your group classes.

  • Are you having trouble with a certain lift or movement in class?
  • Could you use some specific mobility work?
  • Maybe you want to learn a skill (handstand,ring dips, static muscle-up, etc).

Whatever the case, this is the ultimate supplement.

SHRED is 30 minutes of functional cardio. That means you burn calories, tone muscles, and improve your health without spending hours on the treadmill. Each class features a different workout scalable to your fitness level. No heavy barbells complex skills.
