How much weight have you lost since the first challenge?
23 total pounds! I believe I gained 3-4 lbs of muscle.
During both challenges I’ve learned I really don’t eat enough veggies or protein and I remembered that working out is a great stress reliever.
Liz has been ta huge key to my success. If she wasn’t apart of this is I probably wouldn’t have done the challenge or got closer to my goal.
