What did you learn from the nutrition program?

I Lost 22.3lbs…yes, that .3 matters!!! ;)
Planning ahead is my key to success. Whether it be planning meals, making sure there’s good food in the house, or seeing what was on my calendar first thing to make sure I was able to fit in a workout at some point in the day. When going to a friend’s house, I ate ahead of time or would take something with me I could feel good about eating (like a veggie tray or fruit).

Working out in some form every day really boosts my mood and I feel so good afterwards. It doesn’t have to be a full blown wod, some days it’s 30 minutes of yoga or a walk at the park. Even when I don’t feel like doing anything, forcing myself to do it makes me feel good about myself afterwards, like I really accomplished something.
