

Ron just finished up a TFA Nutrition Challenge and had incredible results! He was the model for consistency and took home 3rd place. More than that he lost weight, developed some new healthy habits, and now feels much better! We asked him to share his experience and how he was so successful. Here is his story:
“I joined the challenge because I wanted to challenge myself to really buckle down and put our fitness higher in the priority list. Also a few less lbs would feel better when forced to run haha
My total weight loss for the challenge was 24lbs.
I learned a lot with this challenge!!! You don’t have to starve yourself to achieve your goals. There’s a saying that says “ You can’t outwork a bad diet” and man did this challenge open my eyes to that.
The principles of this challenge were so simple and so practical. It did get a little challenging with the protein week because at times I feel like I was over eating, but it’s all part of what your body needs at that point. Anyone can accomplish this challenge with a little self drive you will see such amazing results, but most importantly you will feel those results.
The success for this challenge for me was 95% in the prep work. Prepping the lunches for the week in Sunday was a key factor. Having a plan of what you’re gonna eat for breakfast and dinner and sticking to it.
The biggest obstacle that I personally had to over come in this challenge was getting away from the amazing coffee creamers that’s I used way too many servings of daily. That sucked.
Going forward my nutrition will be very close to the challenge. It’s simple, easy and I feel better than I have in a long time!!!!”
