Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! Plus, we scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get maximum results every time.
At TFA we also work with clients 1 on 1 to help achieve their goals. You are able to book in 30 minute and 1-hour private sessions. We have helped our clients accomplish a magnitude of successes some of which include: Losing 60lbs of body fat, running a marathon, competing in CrossFit, and just about everything between. Coaches work with you week by week to ensure you are progressing towards your goals and can address any issue.
Our 30-minute Shred classes are high-intensity, always changing interval training for a calorie-burning workout like you’ve never seen before. We could be doing body weight movements, running, rowing, and much more! If you’re ready to burn off those stubborn inches and get your heart pounding to the beat of fun fitness, our Shred class is for you!
Our TrueLIFT classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. TrueLIFT is great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic weightlifting as a sport.
Our CrossFit bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes. Instead, we focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements, and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.
Our LunchWOD class gives you all the benefits of CrossFit in 30 minutes. It’s the perfect way to get a total body workout, while on a tight schedule.
