Gaining Muscle & Crushing Goals- Joe Koehler


Since starting at TFA Joe has gained muscle mass, increased strength, and crossed off numerous goals.

While Joe was active before starting CrossFit, the work he has done inside the gym has helped him greatly outside the gym with his passion, farming.

Joe has become proficient with barbell and bodyweight movements, increasing his max lifts, as well as PRing many cardio benchmarks like the 1 mile run and Murph.Ā šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

What are your current goals?

Bar muscle up, handstand push-up, and 340 lb deadlift

How many day per week do you workout?

5 days a week

What is 1 food/meal you could eat for the rest of your life?

Giant steak, white sweet potato, salad

What do you enjoy outside of the gym?

Farm

What advice would you give to the person you were when you started?

Keep coming even when your sore!
