Our CrossFit bootcamp is designed to deliver a total body workout and increase your overall fitness faster. Bootcamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training like our regular CrossFit classes but we do teach the basic fundamentals of weight training. We focus on athletic drills, running and rowing, plyometrics, kettlebells, functional movements, and more. And of course, we always scale your individual workout to your needs for a perfect fit.
Boot camp is a perfect way to jump start your fitness and get you ready for the next level. You’ll begin and end with an assessment so we can see all the ways that you have improved your fitness level. But the end of the 6 weeks you will be feeling like a whole new person.
