What brought you to TFA? My son’s health. Referred by Tim and Katie Custer. Thank you!
How has TFA changed your life? I’ve gain more confidence, more energy, loss over 53 lbs went from a size 14 to size 2. Friendships. I’ve became more intentional in life. I’m in the best shape of my life!
What goals have you accomplished since being at TFA? Working out in a gym, pushups, pull ups, T2B, handstand, double unders, 5k, C2B, rope climb, weightlifts (No clue to what the names of the lifts are called). I was unable to do any of these things.
What are your current goals? Mud run, handstand push up, muscle up, master all of the movements I’ve learned. Complete a workout without being puzzled (it’s not the coaching it’s me).
How many day per week do you workout? 5 days
What is 1 food/meal you could eat for the rest of your life?
Anything Breakfast bacon would be good
What do you enjoy outside of the gym? I enjoy family, music, entertaining, making others smile and church.
What advice would you give to the person you were when you started? It’s okay, careing for yourself. Take the time for you. It’s okay to be uncomfortable. It’s okay to fail. It’s ok, you belong! Trust the process.
What’s your favorite gym memory? Completing the 22 WOD with Janae. Gym re-opening after quarantine!
