Kids Club

Many kids are outgoing and never seem to have any self doubt, but others may seem shy or unsure of themselves. Through fitness, we bring confidence, teamwork, and health. By the end of this class, the kids are smiling, giving each other high-fives and most importantly: showing confidence in themselves. In this program we teach kids how to properly perform movements to set a foundation that will benefit them as they grow older. On top of that they learn to work together, support each other, and create friendships that will last a lifetime.

Classes are structured to promote fitness in fun and engaging ways. Each class features hands on coaching while teaching skills, developing confidence, and establishing healthy habits for a lifetime.
